1. Who we are

This site, highwater.shop, is run by the team behind the YouTube channel Luxury Fallout (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@highwater.shop.

2. What we sell

We sell two digital guides in PDF format: Is Your Home Next? — The Home Risk Check and Ready to Go in 15 Minutes — The Go-Bag Guide, as single books or as a 2-book pack. Nothing is shipped.

The guides contain general information for households. They are not legal, insurance, engineering, financial or medical advice, and they do not replace a licensed professional who has looked at your property or situation. We are not affiliated with FEMA, NOAA, USGS or any other government agency; official tools are named only to show you where to look. Maps, figures, prices and links were checked in October 2026 and can change.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, receipts and applicable sales tax, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; any tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery

Right after payment, a download link appears on the confirmation screen and is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. If the email does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us.

5. Your license

When you buy a guide you get a personal, non-transferable license to read it on your own devices and to print copies for your own household. You may not resell, share, upload, publish or otherwise distribute the files or their contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content, design and images remain our property or that of their licensors.

6. Refunds

7. No warranty

We work hard to make the guides accurate and useful, but they are provided “as is”. We do not promise that following them will prevent damage, lower insurance costs or produce any particular result. Decisions about your home, insurance and safety are yours; ask a licensed professional where it matters. Official maps and third-party websites are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the guides or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the guide in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page when you bought.
